Experience selling a buy & bill product.
Selling experience specifically within the orthopedics, pain, or rheumatology specialties.
Located in the geographical selling region and have the ability to travel within it.
At least 5 years of pharmaceutical or medical sales experience in a competitive setting.
Strong preference for candidates who can point to awards won such as President's Club.
Also, there are some key characteristics that are critical for success in the MBM role including: documented & consistent track record of success, unrelenting sense of urgency, demonstrated passion for the total office sell and managing your own accounts, and persistence & resilience - no matter the setback.
